The cocktail skills of our very own Rachele have been highlighted by website DiTestaeDiGola as we present our three signature cocktails for the summer.
​
FOMO (fear of missing out), Barbatella and Milky Way, are each designed to be a journey into local flavours to be enjoyed by the pool among vineyards, palm trees and hazelnut groves.
​
Rachele is our talented bartender who started her career at just 16 years old in Courmayeur. As a member of the A.B.I. (Associazione Barmen Italiani) from a young age, she has perfected here skills between mixology and distillates in several renowned locations, then bringing all her experience to the heart of Monferrato.

Almaranto has hosted many luxury and vintage car touring groups due in part to the hotel's design and easy access for luxury cars, but also our stunning and central location for touring the scenery of this UNESCO landscape.

We are delighted to announce that ADAGIO was awarded the title 'Cucina Radiosa' (Radiant Cuisine) by the leading gourmet industry event - Golosaria 2023.
​
This is a well-deserved victory for our fine dining restaurant in the Monferrato region led by our head chef Mario Maniscalco.
The inspectors were fully satisfied with the short-chain Piedmontese cuisine proposed by our chef Mario Maniscalco, which tells of his roots, international experience and love for the territory.
​
ADAGIO will now also appear in the next edition of the prestigious guide to Italian cuisine, Il Golosario 2024.
​
Congratulations to Mario and all the ADAGIO team for their hard work and dedication!
