Book Almaranto completely and you'll have sole access to our 23 rooms and suites, exclusive use of the pool and gym, as well as ANIMA Ristorante Bistro. We also offer a variety of event space options including our vaulted cellar, our plant-laden sky garden with retractable glass roof, our hotel courtyard and pool area for outdoor events as well as the terrace at ANIMA overlooking the pool.
Our staff will be dedicated solely to you and your needs and we can tailor your guests experience to you requirements.

Cooking School Classes

Come and join us for a fantastic hands-on cooking class focused on authentic Italian and regional Piemontese dishes!
During this hands-on cooking class, your English-speaking chef will introduce you to the delicious Piemontese/Italian culinary traditions. At the end of the class, gather around the table to indulge in the fruits of your labour.
Class begins at 12:00 on Tuesdays and Saturdays and includes a welcome glass of Spumante on arrival and lunch with ½ bottle of wine per person.
