We offer three professional teaching kitchens for our classes of 5-12 students, where you can learn anything from pasta making to Italian pastries, through to international cuisines such as Thai, Vietnamese and Turkish.​ Residential courses available.

We have ample free parking for all of our guests as you arrive at Almaranto. Accessible parking for mobility impaired guests is also available on the upper level next to the entrance.

For the comfort of all of our guests, smoking is not allowed anywhere at Almaranto, except in the designated smoking areas. 

For quiet nights in or added privacy, indluge in room service options from both Adagio and Anima in the comfort of your room.   Guests in our Terrazza, Giardino and Suite rooms can enjoy dining al fresco and we'd be delighted to set-up a table for you outside.

Our team are available to assist with any aspect of your stay and to ensure you fully enjoy your time in Piemonte. Should you need help with anything, including restaurant bookings, vineyard tours, E-Bike rental or sightseeing itineraries, come and chat to us - we'd be delighted to help.

Keep your fitness regime going in our gym, where you'll find a range of equipment and free weights to suit most workout routines.  Yoga mats available on request.

Lose yourself in our Cookbook Library adjacent to ADAGIO Ristorante  a personal collection of over 300+ cookbooks collected by Almaranto owner and Executive Chef Alexa. Not just Italian cuisine, the collection includes inspirational books from all over the world with Japanese, Chinese, Russian, Turkish and British cuisine to name a few. 

Central to Almaranto is our swimming pool (not heated) surrounded by the local Barbera vineyards.
